Updates to CAP guidance on misleading environmental claims and social responsibility
The ASA has published an update on its Climate Change and the Environment project, outlining the work it has carried out in this area since September 2021. This is accompanied by updated environment guidance on misleading claims and social responsibility, which now includes references to seven ASA rulings which have been published since CAP and BCAP published the guidance in November 2021.
