PAGB 2023 Members Survey reveals 100% satisfaction with membership

As we continue to work hard to represent the OTC sector, advocate for our members and drive positive change in the consumer healthcare industry, each year we send out a survey to our members to make sure they are continuing to get the most out of their membership.

This year, we’re delighted to announce that we have received a score of 100% overall membership satisfaction from our members in our 2023 survey. We’ve shared some of the outstanding highlights from the survey results below:

We’d also like to take the opportunity to thank our associate member, Verve, for their support with the survey. Thank you also to our members for taking the time to share their valuable thoughts and feedback.

A full breakdown of the survey results is available to all PAGB members in our Members Area. Please note members must be signed in to view this.
