PAGB celebrates award wins at Memcom Excellence Awards

This week, PAGB celebrated a double win at the prestigious Memcom Excellence Awards 2025 with an award for Best Website and PAGB CEO Michelle Riddalls Highly Commended for the CEO Leadership Award.

PAGB celebrated a double win at the prestigious Memcom Excellence Awards 2025, recognising outstanding innovation, creativity and impact happening across membership associations.

PAGB was awarded Best Website, with judges praising the new website’s focus on flexibility, ease of use, and sustainable content management. They also commented on the relaunch delivering clear benefits, with boosted performance, member engagement and satisfaction, illustrating the value of a strategic digital upgrade.

PAGB’s CEO Michelle Riddalls OBE was also Highly Commended for the CEO Leadership award recognising her contributions at the forefront of advancing self-care in the UK and internationally. Judges commented that Michelle’s leadership combines advocacy, innovation, and a clear focus on public benefit.
