Every year, PAGB ask our members to complete a survey to share their feedback on our strategy, leadership and services to ensure we’re continuing to deliver what our members want and need from us. The success of this score demonstrates our commitment to listening to your feedback and making meaningful changes based on what our members have to say.

Other highlights from the survey results include:

• Our NPS score of 68+ (our highest yet)
• 97% satisfaction with PAGB’s leadership
• 97% satisfaction with PAGB’s strategic performance
• 100% satisfaction with regulatory advice
• 93% satisfaction with advertising advice
• 93% satisfaction with work on reclassification

We look forward to building on the feedback we’ve received to continue to represent our members interests across our work as we strive for excellence.
