This week, our CEO Michelle Riddalls attended her investiture at Windsor Castle to receive her OBE from King Charles III, awarded for services to the consumer healthcare sector.
The honour recognises Michelle’s tireless work as a passionate advocate for self-care and OTC medicines. Michelle was instrumental in supporting the Government during Brexit negotiations, where she highlighted the potential risks to OTC medicine availability in Northern Ireland and contributed her own time disproportionately to resolve regulatory challenges and ensure continued access to essential OTC products.
Congratulations to Michelle! A well-deserved honour and a wonderful moment to share with her family.
